Ticket Purchase FAQ

How can I pay?
All major types of credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, American Express, etc.) can be used on our website. Bank card payments are handled by the SimplePay system operated by the largest bank in Hungary.

When do I get the ticket?
Tickets issued by ToDoBudapest.com are electronic. You will receive your tickets via email after your purchase. This message will be your E-ticket, which will include a custom barcode and purchase information. When you arrive at the venue, all you have to do is show your E-ticket on your smartphone or in print (the barcode can be read).

Is the site secure?
Yes, our system stores all personal information securely. We do NOT store your credit card information. When handling transfers, we communicate with banking systems via an SSL secure connection.

Can I get a refund?
Ticket purchases for the programs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Can I make a ticket purchase – a reservation over the phone?
No, tickets are only available through todobudapest.com.

Will I receive feedback after purchase?
Naturally. After your purchase, look for the confirmation email and your attachment emails in your soup box. If you can’t find it there, make sure it’s not accidentally spammed.

If I have a question about ordering, can I contact someone?
Yes, send an email to info@todobudapest.com and someone will respond within 24 hours.

If I lose my ticket, can I get a new one?
If you send an email with the details of your order to info@todobudapest.com, we will resend your electronic ticket.

What happens if the program is canceled or rescheduled?
In this case, you will have the opportunity to get a ticket for the new date or get your money back.

Can I cancel my ticket if I still can’t come?
Unfortunately tickets are non-refundable.
