Choose the ticket depends on one-way or two-way transfer you want.

There are no time options, so please write in the order notes the departure/arrival of your plane and the flight number.

In case of two-way ticket the pick-up time of return way will be fixed by our driver / customer service.

Travel Conditions

The fee for the service is the fare.

The fare is the fee recorded in the BFTG Hungary booking system for utilizing the service. The fee for the fare must be paid via bank transfer upon placing the order. The fare amount is gross and includes the value-added tax (VAT) according to the applicable Hungarian laws.

Bookings must be made at least 24 hours before using the Transfer service.

Passenger Pickup:

During airport passenger pickup, the Driver will maintain contact with the Passenger through the provided phone number via the WhatsApp application and inform them about the pickup point. The Driver will wait for the Passenger for one hour after the scheduled landing of the Passenger’s flight. After this period, the Booking status will be changed to “No show.” During city passenger pickup, the Driver will wait for the Passenger at the specified pickup point for 15 minutes after the designated pickup time. After this period, the Booking status will be changed to “No show.”

Service Cancellation:

There is no possibility for the Passenger to cancel the ordered and paid service, the paid fare is non-refundable.

The Driver can refuse the transportation or exclude the Passenger from transportation if the passenger

  • is in an intoxicated or intoxicated state, or behaves disruptively,
  • endangers the safety of traffic, their own or their fellow passengers’ physical well-being, health, or the integrity of the vehicle or its equipment through their behavior, or
  • may soil the vehicle with their clothing, luggage, or other means.

For damages caused by the Passenger in the vehicle, damage to the vehicle, permanent staining of the passenger compartment, or other forms of damage, the Driver is entitled to claim compensation for the damages caused by the Passenger. All expenses and costs related to the enforcement of the claim shall be borne by the Passenger.

If the Driver and the Passenger cannot agree on the incident related to the damage, the events must be recorded in a protocol. If the Passenger refuses to sign the protocol related to the damage incident, the Driver will initiate police action against the Passenger.

Important information for your convenience:
After landing, please turn on the mobile phone with the number given in the data. We will be able to communicate through this after landing, that the car is already waiting for you at the exit. Communication can be done via Whatsapp app or phone.

If you have requested a name board, in this case the colleague will be waiting for you there with a name board in the waiting room.
The trip to the airport takes place 3 hours before the departure of the flight.

Eating and drinking in the vehicles is NOT ALLOWED!
If we cannot pick up the plane within 1 hour after landing we cannot wait to contact you any longer. In this case the trip has failed on your part, therefore there is no complaint in our way to accept.
